KinderKickers Program

2024 Spring Kinder Kickers Program

Lyndhurst Soccer KinderKickers is a unique training program designed to introduce young players to the fundamentals of soccer and teach basic skills.

To provide the best possible experience for the children and maintain a low player to trainer ratio, Lyndhurst Soccer Club has partnered with Evolution Sports/Stan Soccer Academy who provide professional trainers to lead each session.  Training elements are designed to include fun and non-competitive activities that players experience both as individuals and in small groups.   Program participants typically meet for one hour per week on Saturday mornings for six weeks.  Girls and boys play together.

Every child will receive a Lyndhurst Soccer Jersey and a Soccer Ball!!

ELIGIBILITY

  • Each session is broken into smaller groups of approximately 12 kids

 FEES

  • $100 Fee for the season (6 or 7 sessions).

  •  Training session, t-shirt, and a soccer ball are included.

 WEATHER/CANCELATIONS

  • Please keep in mind that KinderKickers is an outdoor activity and the schedule is subject to severe weather, field conditions and other circumstances beyond LYSC’s control.  While we will make effort to reschedule all cancelations,  we cannot guarantee that a canceled session due to these circumstances can be made up.
  • LSC normally announces weather and field conditions cancelations about an hour before the start time of the first session.  We will post a message at the top of our website, email all participants and post to social media.

WHAT TO BRING

Each KinderKickers player is required to wear their KinderKickers T-shirt each week and bring the soccer ball that will be provided to them.  In addition, all players must wear shin guards, and sneakers, turf shoes, or soccer cleats (cleats designed for other sports are not permitted).  Please bring water for your child to consume during breaks.

IMPORTANT

KinderKickers is not a drop-off program. A parent or other responsible adult designated by a parent or guardian must be present during each KinderKickers session. All mutually agreed upon requests to have your child assigned to a group with a friend or family member will be honored to the best of our abilities.  Session time preferences will be considered on a first-come first-serve basis.

Once kids are dropped of all parents are asked to wait on outside parameter of field, or outside the gate to avoid kids being distracted.
