Background Check For New Coaches
All new coaches and team mothers for the 2008 season must go to the Parks Department to fill out the form for background checks. This is for any coach that has not been fingerprinted or had a background check in the past two seasons. This must be completed before you can coach practices or games. Thank you.
Online Score Reporting for Coaches Only
For all Division 3/4 and 5 coaches, a web page has been created to report the scores of your games. The link is at the bottom of the Main Menu (Score Reporting). There are drop down menus for most of the information, all you have to type in is your name and any issues you might have had at your game. The winning coach is responsible for reporting the score, in the event of a draw either both of the coaches can report the score or you can agree on one of you doing it at the end of the game. Please try to report the score as soon as possible. This does not automatically populate into the standings. It only sends an e-mail to the selected Executive Committee members for review. Thank you.
